Transmission shift solenoid – solution for fault code P27F500

Shift solenoid for the operation of the selector lever function of the automatic transmission. The solenoid converts the vehicle's control signal into the shift movement inside the transmission.

If the solenoid no longer works correctly, the transmission can no longer follow the requested selector lever position. The vehicle then stores fault code P27F5 / P27F500 and shows the message "Fault: Selector lever. Driving on is possible. Please visit a workshop." in the instrument cluster.

This is an OEM version.
